Knit and spin

The first Panda Monkey sock is complete, second in progress.  Really pleased with how the heel and toe turned out, I've never done a multicoloured sock before.  The yarn splits horribly, but I think these will be good socks.

Got a bobbin and a bit spun from 4oz of Spunky Eclectic merino silk in Water Nymph over the weekend.  I'm hoping for fingering weight when it's plied.  The purple is less blue than the picture.  This was easy to spin, I could feel the silk in the mix.
