I used to go to tracy’s in st. louis and I know karen very well. I was bored today, and googled blogs that mentioned Tracy’s, and yours came up.
Congratulations on getting to spar soon!
Sparring was always my favorite thing about karate. I know the gear is hot and uncomfortable, but you quickly get used to it in a month or two.
I will be moving back to St. Louis from California at the beginning of september, so I hope to meet you then!
