Wrapping up NaNoWriMo 2009

Another November, another novel complete.  This was my sixth November novel, and even though it's still not done yet, it's my favourite.  I'm going to try and write a thousand words a day until it's done, which should be about a week.  Then comes the printout, basic copy-editing, first edit, and the loveliness of a hard copy.

Our TGIO (Thank God It's Over) party is on December 5th.  Injun Joe will do the happy dance because as a region we tripled our donations from last year.  Because we donated over $2000, the happy dance will be videoed and put on YouTube!

I'm still a bit brain fried.  Finished Heather's Christmas socks, going to my first karate lesson as a purple belt this afternoon (wearing the belt), still loving my story.

One final NaNoWriMo landscape photo:

Foggy sunrise off the deck.

This was taken off the deck around 6:30am on November 21st.
