In praise of roaches

The humble roach is a much maligned creature, and it's high time to point out some of its virtues.  Roaches will never steal the lawn mower from your back garden.  Roaches will never send spam with your domain as the return address.  Roaches will never forget to update your address and cause a very important document to be destroyed because it was sent to the wrong address.  People can do all of these things, and a whole bunch of other nasty stuff besides.
