Kitten in the house

The obligatory cute kitty picture:

We named her Quantum, though both Fermat and Fragment were close seconds.  How she broke her tail I don't know, but it had to be amputated, leaving only a little stub.  Her previous owners didn't want a "deformed" cat, and wanted her put down.  Crazy.

Since she can't chase her tail, she's tried a couple of times to chase one of her back paws, which looks incredibly cute.  I have never seen a cat that sprawls like this one.  She dozed off last night on the sofa in a cross shape, arms out to each side, legs way out behind her.  Is this normal cat behaviour?
