Meme me this
I don't often do memes, but it's Merinda, so..
Leave me a random comment, and I'll respond with five questions you can answer in your own blog, leaving open the invitation for other people to give you comments o' randomness, and then you can ask them questions, and before you know it, we'll all know everything about everyone -- even if we've never met!
When did you learn to knit, who taught you?
I learned when I was about seven or eight, my mother taught me in the living room with some plain blue wool and a pair of green plastic needles. First thing I made was a cape for my favourite stuffed toy dog.
What are you most proud of?
Paul. My husband is not only smart, an ideas factory, and very cute, but he is ridiculously good at what he does. I'll even forgive the beard.
What is your happiest memory?
The wedding day. Sitting down after saying our vows, grabbing Paul's hand and whispering "we did it!"
What's one thing you really miss about Britain?
The Full English Breakfast. Heart attack on a plate, fried everything, but the Danish back bacon and the black pudding are so hard to find out here.
What's one thing you really like about America?
The space. It's boggling how much space there is, roads are wider, houses further apart, cities way further apart, it's so refreshing!
