Rehydrate

Note to self:

Never attempt to play flute for a solid hour without having a drink handy.

Paul's off somewhere in the Mazda and I'm sat trying to rehydrate with orange juice.  Perhaps not the wisest of beverage choices after yesterday, but I like it.
