Grocery worker's strike
The union is striking at the "Big Three" grocery stores in St Louis, pickets are out in the parking lot, store hours are now 10am to 7pm. Inside the stores, the temporary people are not trained and everything is slow. The self-scan checkout is probably the fastest option
In praise of roaches

Suppose you were driving along with your windows down, or in a convertible, or with your sunroof/moonroof open, and I drove past you. Without looking, without paying any attention whatsoever, I toss a rotten tomato out of my car, and it lands in yours. How would you feel? How
