Write-a-go-go

Joined Rachel's Write-a-go-go challenge, 36,000 words in 3 months.  My goal is to get my latest NaNoWriMo novel edited, and do a couple of decent short stories.  Once the novel is in good shape, a printed copy will be heading to Mr. Bristow.

This week's WVU class assignment is to write the first three paragraphs of the mystery story, the whole story is only 1500 words so it must be concise.  The story got influenced by the Night Watch and Day Watch books by Sergei Lukyanenko.  His characters are scheming weasels of the highest order, manipulating everyone for their own ends, and my story got a lot more dark and twisted.
